What a wonderful experience and pleasant surprise! We randomly found this restaurant as we were looking for Thai food. Ann was our server and she was so sweet. The food was delicious and very generous portions! Bea was assisting Ann and they both made our dinner great ! If you want a intimate atmosphere with delicious Thai food, give them an opportunity to making your dining experience memorable!

Went for lunch with my husband and the food was amazing! Portion size for a lunch special was also great. We were the only ones dining in (it was lunchtime on a weekday) but it was organized and clean inside. Waitress was also very nice and attentive. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic food, truly delicious and authentic. The appetizer sampler had a nice mix, very crispy spring rolls and the chicken satay was excellent. The chicken pad Thai was a generous portion. Easy to dial in your spice level (light for me, medium for my Dad) without compromising flavor.

My family and I tried several other restaurants which were really crowded in the area. We stumbled upon this restaurant and walked right in to plenty of seating. The staff was very nice and personable. The food portions were abundant and the food was very good. I would definitely return again.

Found this restaurant while out cycling. Came here for dinner. The restaurant looks very peaceful and good smelling food as you walked. The food was delicious. Junior was very attentive. I would recommend this place. If I had time. I would return again

All of our dishes were fantastic, service was great, and the interior was beautiful. The Pad Thai with Tofu was the best dish.

Wow. Just wow. This place was beautiful. The service, food, and atmosphere in this place was great. The service was quick and efficient, the food was perfectly cooked and the taste was amazing. Not only that, but the atmosphere was also amazing. The servers were heartwarming and welcoming, and they made my family feel special. I give this a 10/10, and recommend for everyone to give Ruan Thai Cuisine a try.

We’ve eaten here twice, had multiple plates. Food quality is Outstanding, Service is well over 5 Stars, Atmosphere Calm, Clean, really Relaxing. After (4) separate trips to Thailand, Restaurant in Hilton Head is Superb.
